Terms And Conditions
Deposits and Cancellations
A 20% deposit of the Package is required once the booking is made. To be paid by direct/online payment, cash, or bank cheque.
The deposit is non refundable, however if another client is booked to replace your cancellation you may be entitled to a full refund of your deposit. Alternatively we can carry your deposit over for the following season.
Liability and Insurance
Whilst every care and effort is taken to look out for you and your personal property, no liability or responsibility is accepted for any accident, injury or illness, or loss of property whilst on your hunt. You are not covered by any insurance through Vikingguides, and you are advised that you and your property be covered by travels insurance for the duration of your hunt in New Zealand. By booking and paying a deposit you are deemed to have accepted these clauses.
Guarantee and Ownership
The company (Vikingguides – trading through Vikingbuilt Ltd) and its agents, make no guarantee of the animals to be obtained, nor accepts any responsibility for weather conditions affecting the hunt, general delays, or occurrences outside the control of Vikingguides.
Trophies remain the property of Vikingguides until full and final payment is received. |
